If this works, here's the route on Google maps.

Off to a good start, but the hills in the first 200km kept me down to a 12hr 200km. It got dark in Harrisburg, and the 30miles into Albany is where the outlook and my blood sugar went south. Jeff was helpimg me out alot, and though the hamburger and fries looked good at Pop's, chewing the burger didn't feel normal, I just keep chewing and didn't want to swallow. After about 3 minutes, I knew why. The nausea came in waves, and finally it came up and out. Jeff helped by getting some wet cloth and more napkins. After about 10 more minutes, I was able to take some small bites and wait and finally finished it all, and felt better. Jeff still wanted to finish, and I called my wife, who was relieved to have me off the road.
