Actually got the first ride in, today, Thursday 17Oct24. A round about route that totaled 2.5 miles and got me down the hill to the Fred Meyers for a Tall Black Pike Place at their Starbucks and then did some grocery shopping.
As I finished it sprinkled some, thus the wetness.
#2 on Tuesday 22Oct24. A round about route to get to a Starbucks that’s close to home. This one was 5.4 miles and crossed I5 twice. Got a single photo from inside and can see the BF is on the bike rack.
#5 completed 5Nov24. Explored the new Capitol Hwy bike lanes between Multnomah Village and Barbur Blvd, 99W. There a coffee shop on Barbur that has Mexican Mochas on their menu, I got there before 3PM as the maps application shows the shop hours to be open. Pulled up and there was a sign in the window that they’re closing at 11AM temporarily . Go back to Multnomah Villlage and stop at Village Coffee and asked if. He could make a Mexican Mocha, And he said that he would, as he had cinnamon and cayenne. It was good. Here's from within Village Coffee from where I was sitting. If I looked up, I could see the entrance door (2nd photo)
#6 on 8Nov24 5.14 miles and 522 ft of elevation gain. Over to the SB in Multnomah Village, had my Friday Mocha and then came back. It is supposed to be rainy for about a week, and today was clear.
#7 completed on Friday 15Nov24 rode with my riding buddy to Cranky B4 coffee.
6.27 miles and 558 ft of ascent
That’s me with a. Mexican Mocha. Then we both went to a grocery store and then rode home. It was a nice dry day. Good to be done!.
